Javad started his career in business development for Coca Cola and Philip Morris, launching their local presence and supply chains throughout the Caucases.
He leveraged his experience and regional expertise to develop one of the most significant logistics and distribution businesses in Central Asia, based in Azerbaijan.
Javad attained a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cardiff and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with PwC.
Javad’s past investments include: Kingwood (Knightsbridge) / Soho Farmhouse / Center Parcs / Chais Monnet.

David has been active in real estate for over 20 years. Starting with his family business EPIC Holdings Ltd which he successfully sold in 2001 before joining Mansford a boutique property fund.
He subsequently oversaw the UK operations for the Witkoff Group. David has been an avid residential investor and developer in the UK and overseas over the years. He is also the founder and Director of DMD Ventures, the UK’s leading drinks platform including: ecommerce (31dover.com), Wholesale through Central London’s On-Trade supplier (Vanquish), voted best UK online drinks retailer in 2015. David graduated from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service with a BSc in International Relations, Law & Organization.

Robin spent the first six years of his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1991.
He trained in London before spending two years overseas in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He then spent 25 years working for Willis (latterly Willis Towers Watson) in a number of departments including M&A where he was involved in building the group’s network of offices in Europe and Latin America before taking up roles as CFO for Latin America and CFO for Europe. He has been working for NEMA Capital since May 2019.
Robin graduated from the University of Reading with a BA in History in 1987.
Having qualified as a Barrister at Law (Inns of Court School of Law, Grays Inn) Mark worked at the Criminal Chambers of 9-12 Bell Yard.
Having qualified as a Barrister, Mark worked within Tax law specialising in cross border real estate transactions. Mark’s primary clients were trust companies, private banks and non-UK developers looking to invest into the UK in a tax efficient manner. Mark then made the move into land development. Based in Guernsey, Mark ran the UK development arm for an overseas investor. Various sites were acquired, including a scheme in Brixton, Old Oak Common and Cheshunt. This aided Mark's understanding of large-scale regeneration projects. Upon his return to London, Mark focussed on Strategic Industrial Land locations, culminating in his involvement with Lea Bridge.
Julian qualified as a solicitor in 2007 having first gained a BSc (Hons) in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College London. Julian then went on to work at Trowers & Hamlins, a city law firm specializing in Real Estate and Regeneration.
Julian made partner there in 2015 and spent 5 years running the national Strategic Land Practice, as well as working on Affordable Housing, Build to Rent and Student Accommodation transactions.
