Over the last year we have signed agreements to bring forward development sites in London that will provide over 3,500 homes and associated employment opportunities. Our ambition is to structure land deals for the development of in excess of 10,000 units over the next 3 years.

We are a landowner and master developer for the wider Lea Bridge masterplan area working with the Local Authority to enhance the area in terms of new jobs and homes. The site extends to 20-acres and is serviced by the recently re-opened Lea Bridge station, 6 minutes from Stratford and Tottenham Hale.
